Emotional Polemics

Emotional Polemics

Benefit of the doubt doesn’t apply when it comes to the appeasing of lingering feelings. What I’ve realized is that my friends had emotions tied into previous relationships, just as I had emotions. Closure is finding the ending. And that ending can sound like Adele’s Someone Like You or it sounds like Never Someone Like Me.

Jealously and Admiration Run Neck and Neck

Jealously and Admiration Run Neck and Neck

There is a quote that reads…

It is the character of very few Wo/Men to honor without envy a friend who has prospered”

I’ve been holding court with The Key and she has been trying to reconcile envy and jealousy in her relationship categories: Love, Work, Family and Friendships.

What’s Beef?

What’s Beef?

I Am (rather I can be) laid back and unruffled. I try not to take anything too personal; I also try to avoid absorbing others negativity. Statistics have shown that 63.48% of the time when others are upset with you it has very little to do with you. I watched Ted Lasso S03 EP9 this morning. He Said, She Said ...

When you have been wounded it does not give you permission to hurt others. To be healed, you must name the hurt, aim the hurt sharing in a safe environment, and then tame it by embracing forgiveness.
